As we prepare to usher in a brand new school year with you, we’ve been working hard to make some changes to Teaching Channel that you’re sure to love! You can look forward to a modern, updated design (as you may have noticed), new and improved features, and more of the amazing content you want and need to improve your practice.

- Now that Tch has a new modern look and style, you might want to take a moment to give yourself a new look, too. It just takes a minute to make a change that will make you shine.
Update Your Personal Information, Professional Information, and Your Areas of Interest
- Our new website is efficiently designed and will soon be able to intuitively deliver the content you want to see. That’s why it’s important that you fill out your profile as completely as possible, especially with regard to your interests. The details in your profile will tell us what we need to know to make the magic happen behind the scenes.

Here are a few tips to get you off and running:
Tch Videos

You can find featured videos on the homepage and more of your favorites by clicking “Videos” on the navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can search the Tch video library by keyword, topic, subject, or grade level.

Be sure to check out the “Supporting Resources” section for lesson plans, handouts, related blog posts, and more.

Click the 3 dots at the top right corner of the video to save to your workspace resources or to share on social media.

Don’t forget to engage with the featured teacher and the Tch community in the comments section.
Tchers’ Voice Blog and Deep Dives

Don’t see the blog or Deep Dives on the navigation bar? Don’t panic! You can find Tchers’ Voice and our entire collection of Deep Dives by clicking “Topics” or by clicking the link to the blog in the footer.

You can search blog posts and deep dives by keyword, topic, subject, or grade level from the Topics page.

Once you click into a blog, you can explore a topic by clicking a topic tag on the right side of the page. In a Deep Dive, you’ll see a featured Deep Dive and a drop down menu from which you can access the entire collection.

You’ll also start to see blogs on the homepage that compliment our featured video content.

Interested in the work of a particular author? Click on their profile link and you can see a list of every post they’ve written for Tchers’ Voice.

Here at Teaching Channel we’re always working to get better. We wanted to show you our new and improved website as soon as possible and give you a little time to get acclimated before the hustle and bustle of the new school year begins. As with any makeover, it takes a little time to grow into the transition. So if you come across something that doesn’t look quite right, know that we’re still making adjustments to truly make this brand new look our own.
