Each course covers a variety of relevant topics designed to support educators, who will have access to course resources, downloadables, articles, videos, reflections and more to enhance instructional practice. Flexible by design: your team can start and complete their courses within the timeline that fits your goals. After successfully finishing the course, teachers can access and download a letter of completion at any time.

Equip for Student-Facing Paraprofessionals is a 10-hour professional learning course aligned with the Council for Exceptional Children’s Core Competencies for Special Education Paraeducators. Participants gain practical tools, strategies, and confidence to effectively support teachers and students across diverse classroom settings.

Choose from:

• Full 10-Hour Course Student-Facing Paraprofessional Program – Comprehensive professional learning experience for paraprofessional growth and collaboration.
• New Paraprofessional Program of Six 1-Hour Micro Courses – Targeted sessions on core topics like behavior support, learner differences, special education, and instructional strategies.
• 3-10 Hour Workshop Package – Combine focused courses for in-service days or PLC training.

Each option includes videos, reflection tools, and pre/post assessments to measure progress and reinforce learning.
