Lesson Plan: End-of-School-Year Community Poem (5-12)

During the final weeks of the school year it can be hard to know what to do with your students. While you want the end of the school year to be fun, you also want your final class periods with your students to be meaningful. This community poem activity is a 2-day lesson that is reflective, engaging, and joyful, all while using students’ writing skills to create a memorable keepsake of your time together!
