Notes to Self: Year-End Teacher Reflection

In our excitement to shift into a summer schedule and release any teaching trials and tribulations, we can easily miss the chance to reflect - tapping insights still within reach, fresh in our memory. Here’s a gentle and timely reminder of a powerful reflection opportunity at the end of each school year, along with a list of reflection questions and suggestions for how to activate this in your professional practice!
As you are choosing your reflection questions, select at least one that makes you smile, at least one that you have resistance to, and one selected randomly with your eyes closed—you may find some surprisingly insightful answers.
