Self-Care for Educators

Self-care is important for everyone to live a healthy, happy life, both personally and professionally! The prioritization of self-care is essential for teachers, school staff, and administrators in the sometimes-stressful field of education. Creating goals and an action plan in the areas of body, mind, and soul can help individuals develop and follow through with self-care routines. Identifying support systems, resources, and celebrating when a goal is achieved can be motivational and perhaps even fun!
