Goals and Objectives of this Course:

• Intention and Awareness: Participants will choose and receive approval for a textbook that will enhance their professional practice.
• Investigation: Participants will read the textbook, develop and respond to a series of questions they create from the readings.
• Application: Participants will apply new knowledge to their classroom/school/district through the completion of the application requirements including development of lesson plans, units of study or presentations.
• Reflection: Based on resources chosen, participants will complete a reflective response, interview, or paper, and reflect on assumptions and insights of researchers and self, specific to their personalized area of study.
