EQUIP for New Teachers

Registration for the 2023/2024 EQUIP for New Teachers will open this Summer. 

Equip for New Teachers is a packaged, plug-and-play, 10-month program that stands on its own or bolsters your existing induction program. 

Our long-term goal is the same as yours—to set new teachers up for success early in the profession in a way that will last a lifetime. 

Participants will discover best practices through:

  • Monthly asynchronous modules packed with resources
  • Peer interaction
  • Topic focused micro-modules
  • Facilitator feedback on each submitted assignment

Participants will have access to the Teaching Channel video library and on-demand webinars featuring their seasoned facilitator and a guest mentor or speaker with new teacher solutions to common challenges. 

The EQUIP Program Facilitator serves as a resource to address any questions your new teachers have throughout their enrollment.
