• Discover a variety of instructional tools such as prompting methods and question stems to best support student learning.
• Identify the importance of supporting student independence, and learn strategies to support student independence.
• Investigate various classroom management strategies and evaluate their potential effectiveness.
• Reflect on learning and apply it to current paraeducator practices.
