• Recognize the overall focus of The Science of Reading.
• Identify various components within the Science of Reading framework, including the Big Five, explicit instruction, Scarborough’s Rope, Word Recognition, and Language Comprehension.
• Understand what the Science of Reading entails, and what it does not entail.
