Goals and Objectives of this Course:

• Reflect on research related to microteaching as well as the impact of using video to coach teachers.
• Draft a compelling elevator pitch to incorporate or improve video coaching by focusing on the positive impacts of the practice.
• Identify important methods for using video to coach teachers and consider implementation of those methods into professional practice.
• Plan for implementation or improvement of micro-dosed video coaching for teacher growth and development.
