January is National Mentoring Month!
Traditionally, when we think of mentoring we envision a mentor-mentee relationship, with one more experienced member providing information and advice to a novice, or less experienced, member. Co-mentoring disrupts the power hierarchy present in many traditional mentorship relationships and views all members as having equally important skills and strengths to contribute to the group.
