Andrews University Transcript Information
Transcripts 101
Please Note: Learners Edge does not process transcripts. Review the steps below and contact Andrews University to request your transcript. It is recommended that your completed coursework be submitted to Learners Edge at least 30 days prior to your transcript deadline.
Verify: Log in to your Account and verify your first name and last name are entered exactly as you would like them to appear on your transcript. Typically, the first and last name fields should be your full legal name.
Step 1: Coursework Evaluation. Your coursework will be evaluated within 5-7 business days of your final module submission. You will receive an email notification when your grade has posted to your Learners Edge account and a Learners Edge letter of completion is available. (You may receive multiple notifications if you have registered for multiple courses.) Please note that this email does not indicate your transcript is ready to be ordered.
Step 2: Grade Postings. The grade will then be posted in the Andrews University system within 10 business days after coursework evaluation. After you have received your email notification from Learners Edge, it is essential that you complete and submit a W9 to Andrews University in order to process your transcript and receive a 1098-T for Tax Purposes. Step 3: Transcript Request. Request your transcript after receiving a “Your Grade Has Posted” email from [email protected] for each course. Transcripts are processed within two business days of request. Transcript requests in July and August could take longer due to high volume during these times.
If you have specific questions about the transcript process, please call the Andrews University registrar’s office at 269-471-3482 or email [email protected]. Transcripts with courses and academic grades for graduate credit are issued by the Office of Academic Records, Administration Building, Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI 49104-0800.
