- Examine personal experiences with SEL and reflect on how those experiences have shaped your understanding of its importance in education.
- Evaluate the relationship between SEL and diversity/equity.
- Explore a variety of SEL activities and instructional strategies to effectively integrate SEL into daily lessons and routines.
- Assess the impact of SEL on student outcomes, including academic performance, mental health, and social-emotional well-being, based on research-based evidence.
