Webinar: Using the Danielson Framework for Remote Teaching with Video Coaching

Due to COVID-19 school closures, educators have been forced to rethink how to deliver effective instruction. For many districts and higher ed institutions, this has meant either committing to fully virtual or hybrid models. Expectations are high for the ’20-’21 school year–no one wants a repeat of how the previous school year ended. Educators need a guide, instructional coaching, and the right tool(s) to be successful in this environment.

Recently, our founder, Dr. Michael Moody, partnered with Jim Furman, executive director of The Danielson Group, in putting on a live webinar that focused on using the new Danielson Framework for Remote Teaching within our video coaching platform, ADVANCEfeedback to help provide some much needed guidance.

The webinar discussion touched on:

  • The evolution of coaching and evaluation in virtual instruction or a hybrid model.
  • Various ways to use the new Framework for Remote Teaching.

  • A demonstration on how to successfully use the Framework for Remote Teaching in our video platform, ADVANCEfeedback
