Financial Fitness for Teachers (A Peek at Course 5228!)

We all know April Showers Bring May Flowers, but did you know April is also Financial Literacy Month? The spring rain of April prepares the ground for magnificent flowers in May, and we hope our first-ever financial fitness course will help you fertilize your finances in a way that supports a life filled with financial freedom and wellness. The course is available for registration beginning on May 16th!

Know you would benefit from a budget? Motivated to save money to buy a house? Curious about compounding interest? These topics are covered in a safe, supportive, and encouraging way in this new Financial Fitness for Teachers course. Customized to address the financial nuances of a career in teaching, the course covers whether to pursue an advanced degree, how to invest in a 403(b) teacher retirement plan, and “side hustle” strategies for supplementing educator income, and more.

Whether you are making ends meet on a new teacher salary, or preparing to retire so you can rest and recharge, this course asks you to take an honest “eyes wide open” look at your finances. Then, you’ll make a plan to foster financial security and create a vision board to keep your goals in plain sight, so you can make your financial dreams come true.
