Connection and Calming Strategies for Today’s Teachers is a course whose timing could not be better. The global pandemic has affected the way we teach, learn, and connect, and as a result, we have had to learn how to adjust to our new way of life. This course teaches us that one of the most beneficial and healthy ways we can react to inevitable stress is with a connected-and-calm response, even when circumstances are beyond our control.
